Went for an oil change. They told me my brakes needed to be done. I went to do it myself and not even halfway worn out.
The salesman was very helpful and able to answer all of our questions. The staff was able to help us find the right vehicle to fit our family's needs. The pre-owned lot had a nice selection of GM Certified Pre-owned Vehicles to choose from. I believe that we have found a used vehicle that will avoid many issues often associated with buying a used vehicle.
Called to ask a question about my vehicle also to see how much a repair would be for a different issue. Spent 15 min on hold waiting to talk to someone in service with no help. When operator picked phone up to ask who I was waiting for when I complained I’d been waiting for 15 min and that’s uncalled for. Well they are busy. Busy or not no customer should be on hold for that long. I just got my answers from a non local Chevy dealer. Service has gone down hill since being took over by FOX!
I got a recall on our 2017 Chevy 3500 pickup. I wanted to get it completed before we headed out of state for the winter and put the truck in storage until spring. I called and talked to Jenelle and was told the service dept. were booked a few weeks. I was a little disappointed, but just decided to just let it go until spring. Jenelle asked what I needed done, and I explained I thought it was a fairly minor software flash recall. She said if I could drop the truck off in 1 week for 4 hours they would work it in. I did as directed and the service was perform as she described. I received excellent fast and friendly service by everyone involved. I will return to Fox for any needed service on this truck. I will also consider Fox Chevy when I replace the truck next.
