I love Broadmoor Rent A Car! Ive recently got into a car accident and needed a rental car. I've tried big name Enterprise and basically was given the run around. They first wanted a deposit? Why? I have insurance? Then when I had the money to rent a car, they didn't have any. They told me they would call me back, but no one ever did. I called again, and to my avail, I hoy another 'I'll call you back'. I googled Broadmoor and submitted a request online. I then called the company and spoke to Luke. Simple. He asked me what kind of car I needed, and when I got there, a car was waiting for me. I gave him an estimate date when my car would be ready, but he assured me if I needed more time, just let him know. He sent me a courtesy email asking how things were going. Loved my experience with them!
