George is very customer focused.
So far not very happy with the customer service. Verizon was much easier to deal with.
Sales representative doesn't understand what a lease is. He is point blank lying to people claiming that when the lease is up you own the phone. The Sprint website he pulled up even says you can keep leasing or purchase the phone at the end of the lease. Cannot recommend this location to anyone. Staffing needs to be changed and/or properly educated. Watch the wording of what you are purchasing (in writing).
George is this location best store Rep. He is very friendly & was up front with me about my phone plan. He saved me a lot of money. Thank you George! Ask for George!
I have been going their for years. George is probably the best employee of any type of store I frequent. The most helpful, courteous person I encounter no matter the problem. I wish there were more people that treated their customers as he does. I will not go to any other Sprint Store. My only wish is that I could find employees that have the attitude, the knowledge and the desire as George for my own business.
