We needed service (without an appointment) and they arrived very quickly (within about 1 hour from call). The technician was wonderful!!! He provided options for what he thought was best suited to fix our issue and fully explained what he would do for each and the cost. He was polite, efficient and didn't mind answering my questions along the way. Finished promptly and disinfected the area where he worked. Fantastic all the way around!

Our plumber (Adam) was punctual, friendly, and very willing to explain what he was doing to help us lay people become educated customers. He shared info and options without being pushy in the least (he fixed a clogged kitchen sink drain). I felt I could trust him and would happily use All-Flo again.
All-Flo has been my 'go-to' service for drain problems for quite a few years. They've ALWAYS been able to free-up our drain pipes, which are plagued by the 7 beautiful oak trees that surround our home. I've tried other company's and have gone right back to All-Flo. Expert service! No they're not the least expensive option, but they've been the most reliable. I trust them whole-hardheartedly!
I called All-Flo in the morning and they fit me in that same day at noon, serviceman Dan arrived promptly at the time scheduled and had the problem fixed in no time! Dan is friendly and personable, He also answered questions regarding other unrelated issues I was curious and concerned about. I plan to call All-Flo again should other problems arise.
